1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the vipplay platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vipplay ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of the vipplay Platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members. By clicking "I Agree" during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the vipplay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines governing real-money online gaming;
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay;
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vipplay or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the vipplay Platform or any other gaming platform operated by the Company;
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
vipplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Registration
To access real-money games and services on vipplay, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one vipplay account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vipplay will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: vipplay may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting vipplay support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is closed.
4. Deposits & Payments
All transactions on the vipplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits:
- Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
- Deposits are credited to your vipplay account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.
- vipplay does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- vipplay reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Withdrawals
The following terms govern withdrawal requests on the vipplay Platform:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified vipplay account details.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, and volume of requests.
- vipplay reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.
- vipplay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
vipplay offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
- vipplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse of bonus systems, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
- vipplay reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting patterns constitute bonus abuse.
7. Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the vipplay Platform are subject to the following terms:
- Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. All live game sessions are recorded.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, vipplay will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed, bets will be returned to the player's account.
- vipplay reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a technical error, software bug, or human error.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
- Creating
multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the vipplay Platform;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing vipplay staff or other players;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
vipplay employs fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
9. Responsible Gaming
vipplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the vipplay Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of vipplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vipplay.
- The vipplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipplay and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that vipplay takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues fairly;
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vipplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits vipplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12. Termination
vipplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms;
- vipplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
- vipplay reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
- Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months;
- You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting vipplay support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipplay Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
vipplay operates in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14. Amendments to These Terms
vipplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the vipplay Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
